The Car Wash Manager is responsible for managing and operating a Tunnel Car Wash with annual revenues of $600k - $1.5M. You will oversee a staff of 6-8 Car Wash associates and ensure the daily operation runs efficiently while maintaining high standards for the appearance and cleanliness of the property. You will report directly to the Site Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations and communicate effectively with the Site Operations Manager Drive Club memberships to increase sales and profitability Manage P&L by monitoring chemicals, utilities, and other expenses Build and maintain trust with the team through clear goal-setting, accountability, and communication Hire, train, schedule, coach, and provide performance feedback to staff Handle employee performance issues and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy Lead the team in a fair and consistent manner, complying with laws and policies Achieve operational and financial goals, including sales and expenses Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility, delegating tasks as needed Ensure equipment is operational, troubleshoot issues, and submit service requests when necessary Greet guests warmly, assist with the car wash process, and handle customer complaints professionally Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Train new Car Wash associates Assist the Site Operations Manager during off-hours or slow periods Working Relationships: Site Operations Manager, Store Manager, Car Wash Program Manager, District Manager, team members, vendors.
