Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Execution Administrator 2 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Administrator 2. you will be part of the Business Support Department supporting the Pre-Registration and Registration teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Execution Administrator 2 

Location: St. Louis, MO

• Support the real-time tracking of candidates through the Pre-Registration process
• Review Pre-Registration forms for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
• Respond promptly to requests and inquiries to prevent onboarding delays
• Compile and submit background check spreadsheets using provided frameworks
• Coordinate requests and gather necessary documentation for onboarding and registration

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of administrative or business support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills, including time management
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
