Mancan is working with a body shop in Millersburg seeking a body shop manager. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with the occasional half day on Saturday. Pay is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring that all repairs are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement shop procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure quality.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians, estimators, and support staff.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering parts and supplies and maintaining stock levels.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager or in a similar automotive management role.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and parts.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant software and management tools for estimating, scheduling, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a shop environment, which may include exposure to fumes, dust, and noise.
