We are currently seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager . This is a working position. You will manage a small team of body shop technicians and work in the body shop as well!

Responsibilities:

• Lead a very small team of 1-2 body shops technicians 
• Write estimates and work with insurance companies 
• Schedule work and coordinate with parts department for parts needed for job
• Manage work flow
• Assist and train personnel 
• Ensure quality control
• Meet and greet customers
• Provide excellent customer service 

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills
• Two years of body shop experience is preferred 
• Practical experience and proficiency in use of all body shop tools required for the job
• Working knowledge/experience of medium and heavy duty trucks
• Must have own hand tools
• Basic computer skills 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs with/without help
• High school diploma or GED
