This is a part-time on-site role for an Attorney at The Law Office of Barry E. Janay, P.C., located in Livingston, NJ. The Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation in various practice areas, including Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business Law, Commercial/Collections, Bankruptcy, Debtor Protection, and Aviation Law. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

• Expertise in Law, with focus areas in Labor and Employment Law and providing Legal Advice
• Proficiency in conducting legal Research and analysis
• Strong Negotiation skills and experience preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle a diverse range of legal issues
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey
• Experience in mediation and litigation is a plus
