Job Description
The Law Office is hiring an experienced attorney who can handle matters start-to-finish in a fast-moving, client-first practice focused on real estate transactions (residential & commercial) and landlord–tenant matters.
What you’ll do
Run residential and commercial closings from contract to post-closing
Appear in Landlord–Tenant court; manage filings, negotiations, and hearings
Draft and negotiate leases, addenda, purchase/sale agreements, and settlement docs
Handle due diligence (title, COs, liens, Phase I/II coordination) and problem-solve issues to the finish line
Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, inspectors, and opposing counsel with professionalism and urgency
What you bring
Admitted in New Jersey and in good standing
Meaningful experience in real estate and landlord–tenant (no strict year count, but you’re comfortable owning files)
Courtroom and negotiation confidence; crisp writing; organized case management
A “get it done, keep it moving” mindset and strong client service
