Responsibilities as an AT&T Customer Representative Include: 

  • Work with our customers directly to devise the most effective product and service solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations 
  • Resolve customer questions in regards to products and how to navigate services, ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction
  • Show composure, understanding, and be solution-focused when managing difficult customer situations and overcoming objections
  • Deliver customer support with accuracy, agility, and transparency 
  • Exhibit the best speaking skills to communicate with all potential new consumers as a pleasant, level-headed customer service professional
  • Attend meetings and weekly webinars to stay on top of the latest updates and promotions available to customers
  • Report directly to the Community Outreach and Account Management team to establish goals, improve customer satisfaction, and develop new sales skills

  • Prior knowledge as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Representative, Client Service Representative, Retail Associate or other related fields

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs 
  • Ability to adapt to change and pick up new skills quickly
