Our client is seeking a Art Director to join their creative team. As an Art Director, you will be part of the Creative Department supporting Brand Development and Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Art Director

Location: Ada, MI

Pay Range: $38

Shift: 8:00:AM - 05:00:PM

What's the Job?

• Bring creative strategies and concepts to life across various mediums including web, social media, video, and print
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Social Media Leads, Creative Project Managers, and external partners to develop compelling brand campaigns
• Apply brand standards, design principles, and best practices to holistic brand and product launch campaigns
• Provide clear and actionable art direction to creative teams and external agencies
• Design and execute specific creative elements as needed, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies

What's Needed?

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in art direction, design, or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional content and individual contributions
• Experience managing holistic campaigns from concept to execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus
