Corica Group Adult Dayclub is a modern, upbeat, social-club-style adult day program dedicated to providing companionship, engagement, and support for seniors and adults with disabilities in St. Louis.

Position Overview

Activity Coordinators help create a fun, safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients. The role includes planning and leading activities, assisting clients throughout the day, supporting meal service, and maintaining a clean facility.

• Lead daily activities, including games, crafts, exercises, music, and group engagement.
• Encourage participation and provide extra support to clients who may need assistance.
• Help maintain a structured and engaging daily schedule.

• Assist with serving breakfast, snacks, and lunch.
• Prepare and set out beverages (milk, juice, water, coffee).
• Clean dining areas after meals and wash dishes promptly after breakfast and lunch.

• Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces.
• Sweep and vacuum as needed throughout the day.
• Take out trash and assist with bathroom cleaning.
• Organize activity materials and supply areas.

• Remain attentive and responsive to client needs.
• Assist with mobility, redirection, and emotional support.
• Ensure clients are never left unattended for extended periods.

• All staff share tasks as needed.
• Whoever sees a task takes responsibility for handling it.
• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities preferred.
• Hospitality experience a plus.
• Ability to lead activities and engage clients.
• Patient, friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to assist or lift clients as needed.
• Must pass required state background checks.
• Must complete a two-step TB test prior to employment and annual TB tests thereafter (Missouri requirement).
• Must complete additional onboarding medical requirements per state regulations.

• Full-time position.
• Monday–Friday daytime hours.
• Pay is based on experience.
